Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom engraved items

  • Sale items or discounted products

  • Gift cards

Because many of our mirrors are custom engraved, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be returned in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

This does not apply to custom or personalized items, which are exempt under EU consumer law.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
